YN5132CNC 4 axis CNC Gear Shaping Machine Quick Look Name: CNC Gear Shaping Machine Number of Axes: 3-axis simutaneous machining of 4 axes Machining Capacity : φ320mmx6mm (OD x Modulues) 85mm of maxium gear width 100mm of spindle stroke.
CNC sysem: Siemens 828D Main usage: mainly used to cut such gears as disc-type cylindrical spur gears, multiple gears, internal gears, external gears, sector gears and so on, whose diameter is no more than 320mm with maximum module 6mm and maximum 85mm gear width.
Optional special accessories for stem gears, helical gears, small-taper g ears are available, according to users' exact requirements. Main Technical Features The YN5132CNC with Diameter 320mm, is a high-class 4-axis CNC Gear Shaper Machine, having following main features: 1.
radial feeding of the machine adopts sliding guideways with excellent shock resistance and high guiding accuracy, therefore it can meet the requirements of high accuracy repeated positioning. Tool post and worm wheel pairs of worktable adopt the high-precision beveloid worm pairs. 2.
The short drive chain features steady running, good stiffness, high productivity, low noise, complete function, extensive adaptability, and convenient operation, adjustments and maintenance of the machine. 3. The machine incorporates the steady and reliable cutter stop function. 4.
By means of cutter center exceeding the workpiece center, a back-off cam is used to achieve the back-off of external and internal gears. 5.
A simple and reliable adjustment mechanism is especially designed to compensate the inclination of cutter spindle vertical geometric position beyond the machine permissible error due to the wear of back-off cam and roller. 6.
Optional: hydrostatic tool post including hydrostatic slideways and hydrostatic bearings that can meet the needs of high-speed strokes and excellent precision retainability.
