The shaved accuracy is up to grade 6 of GB/T and the surface roughness is superior to Ra0.8. This machine can be used for radial gear shaving and for the shaving of drum gears and small taper gears.
The machine is installed with standard FANUC 0i-F CNC system and its main electric parts adopt renowned brand products both home and abroad. The machine has following features: 1. The bed and the column are integrally designed to enhance the overall stiffness.
The toolpost is capable of 90° rotation so that the operator can install and disassemble the shaving cutter from the front side to ease the cutter change. 2. The high-precision high-stiffness rolling bearings are applied for the cut
