YK3150 CNC gear hobbing machine is of 2 axes one and adopts SIEMENS 828D (or MITSUBISHI ) CNC control system. The CNC axes are driven by AC servo motors to carry out the worktable radial (X axis) and the hob axial feed motions (Z axis). Many kinds of & multi-square cycles are available in single setup.
Based on the principle of generating method, the machine is capable of cutting cylindrical spur and helical gears, slightly tapered or crowning gears;splines with spline-type hob;and worm wheels with a wormwheel hob with radial feed method.
