CNC Gear Hobbing Machine HS-350 1 : The A-axis, Spiral angular rotation motion. The imported reducer is directly connected to the servo motor, and the process of adjusting the tool holder angle is automatically executed by the CNC system. 2:The B-axis, Roller spindle rotation motion.
Adopting high-power servo motors for direct connection transmission, equipped with fast tool changing and automatic clamping devices for the tool holder, and equipped with automatic monitoring and alarm devices for spindle overload. 3:The C-axis, table revolving motion.
Adopting high-precision DD motors to achieve high speed, high torque, and zero clearance functions. The motor is equipped with cooling and alarm monitoring functions. 4: The X-axis, Radial feed motion .
Using an AC servo motor, a precision grinding ball screw pair with preload is used, and the screw support shaft adopts high-precision and high rigidity combination bearings. The guide rail adopts a heavy cutting roller track to achieve machining stability. 5:The Y-axis, tangential feed motion.
