The DTC600 is a vertical CNC drilling and tapping center designed for drilling, tapping and milling metal components. Its point-to-point, closed-loop CNC control configuration is paired with a BT30 spindle and an automatic tool changer for multi-operation machining.
The machine has X/Y/Z travels of 600/400/330 mm and a 700 × 420 mm worktable rated for a maximum allowable load of 250 kg. The spindle has a maximum speed of 20,000 r/min, rated output torque of 11.8/17.5 N·m for S1/S2 duty, and motor power of 3.7/5.5 kW.
Rapid traverse is 48 m/min on all three axes, while the stated feed-speed range is 0–20,000 mm/min. A turret-type servo tool magazine provides bidirectional nearest-tool selection and holds 21 tools.
